Montrose Residential Development
With the Niagara Square Shopping Centre redevelopment nearing completion, we recognized the significant improvement the property made to the region and took advantage of a unique opportunity. After sourcing and purchasing the adjacent 6.5-acre site, situated only 250m from the QEW/Montrose interchange, we used our experience with the local civic authorities and focused our efforts towards rezoning the property. The anticipated Phase 1 of the 3-phase development will consist of over 500 residential units and comprise both midrise multi-family buildings and townhomes. Once finalized, the re-zoning alone is expected to result in a 10-fold increase in value since acquisition.
