Mr. Gotkin has been involved in the construction and development of both residential and commercial properties for over 33 years. His expertise is in the areas of renovations and retrofits. He was a founding member of the Renovation Council of the Toronto Home Builders Association. He served as its chairman for one term as well as spending one term as a Director of the Association. Projects he has completed include custom homes construction, residential loft conversions, retail and office build outs and apartment building and industrial building retrofits. Mr. Gotkin has carriage of Project Management and Construction for Bayfield.
