Introducing Pickering Ridge Development — a bold vision for modern, connected living. 

“I am proud to announce the approval of the OPA/ZBA application at our Pickering property. City council voted in favour of the By-Law on April 27th, thus culminating a long path to achieve this milestone. As we look ahead and begin work on SPA application, I would like to take a moment to thank my team of dedicated consultants who have worked along side me on this journey, in particular our planning consultants Robert MacFarlane, MCIP, RPP & @Connor Wright of Zelinka Priamo Ltd., Russell Fleischer & Ali Afrasiabi of Turner Fleischer architects and all other consultants who worked on this project, your dedication to your craft and long hours have not gone unnoticed”. Pickering Ridge is a high-density, mixed-use residential community thoughtfully planned across seven phases. Phase 1 will introduce two striking towers rising 36 and 31 storeys, delivering approximately 650 residential units. The development includes underground parking and a prominent, easily accessible commercial component, along with a meaningful allocation of designated affordable housing. 

Designed for today’s diverse residents, Pickering Ridge will offer a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, complemented by contemporary amenities and integrated green spaces that foster a balanced, connected community. 

The City of Pickering is on a strong growth trajectory. Its Housing Needs Assessment identifies significant long-term population expansion, underscoring the importance of forward-thinking developments like Pickering Ridge. This is more than a housing project, it is a response to the evolving needs of one of the GTA’s fastest-growing communities, combining residential density with essential retail and commercial services.
